Is there disability seating at the San Diego Sports Arena?

The San Diego Sports Arena is ADA compliant and proud to provide accessibility to Southern California's diverse population.Guests requiring special seating, such as for wheelchairs, semi-ambulatory or other mobility impairments, hearing impaired, or the like, should contact the Center box office at (619) 224-4171 x322 to arrange for the purchase of tickets. Wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seating will be reserved for guests with disabilities (and their companions) until 48 hours prior to an event. To allow us to accommodate our guests needs we recommend contacting the Box Office prior to the first day on event goes on sale or a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. Top

How do I get to the Arena?

San Diego Sports Arena is located at 3500 Center Blvd. San Diego, CA 92110-4919. We've provided directions and parking information. Top

Where is the VIP parking located?

The Arenadoes provide VIP Parking for select events at the facility. The VIP Parking area is located on the East side of the parking lot, near the parking light pole marked "E-1." There is an additional charge for parking in the VIP Parking lot. Top

When is the box office open?

The box office is open from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday from 10am to 3pm. If there is not an event scheduled for Sunday the box office will be closed. The box office will open for Sunday events at noon. The box office will stay open until apprx. one hour after the scheduled event starting time.The box office will open for Sunday events at noon. What if my tickets are stolen or damaged?

Tickets are sold on a no refund, no exchange, no cancellation policy. If your tickets are stolen or damaged, please immediately notify the Arena Box Office. If tickets are stolen, you must provide the ticket office with a copy of the police report (the file number alone will not be accepted). Included in the police report must be information that clearly states the event as well as the exact locations of the seats in question. After verification of the seat location by the box office, a seat locator will be issued. The replacement locator is subject to a charge not to exceed the face value of the stolen tickets. Tickets that are lost or misplaced will not be replaced. To avoid any problems, please be sure to keep your tickets in a safe place. Top

Can I bring food into the arena?

San Diego Sports Arena does not allow the following items under any circumstances: Bottles, cans, food and beverages, liquid containers, coolers, water bottles, large backpacks or bags, duffel bags, boxes, illegal substances, weapons, laser pens, fireworks, cameras, video or audio recording devices, spiked or studded belts or bracelets, wallet chains or any item that may be deemed potentially harmful. When do doors usually open for shows?

Arena doors generally open 60 minutes prior to the event start time, however, doors may open 90 minutes prior to the event start time o special occasions. Top

Where is the handicapped parking located?

Handicapped parking spaces are clearly marked and available on the North side of the Arena only. Be sure to hang an appropriate license tag on your rear view mirror or place the tag on your dashboard. If need be, please ask the parking attendants to direct you to the designated parking area. Top

Where can I buy tickets to an event?

You can either purchase tickets at any Ticketmaster location, online at Ticketmaster.com, over the phone at (619) 220-TIXS, or come to the arena and buy tickets at the Center Box Office. More information is available on our Tickets page. Top

Am I allowed to smoke in the Center?

California law prohibits smoking in public assembly facilities. Smoking is allowed in designated areas located outside each entrance to the facility. Please check with an Center usher or security personnel for exact locations. Top

Where are my seats located within the Arena?

What if I lose an item at the Arena?

If you Lose an Item during an Arena event, Lost & Found is located at the Center's Guest Services Booth located in the North Outer Concourse. If you discover you have lost an item at an event at a later date, please contact the Arena Administrative Offices at (619) 224-4171 for information. Top

Where is the Will Call window?

The Will Call window is located near the Box Office on the North side of the Arena. Ticket Master will call may be picked up the day of the event only, normally no earlier than 2 hours before event time. Other pre-arranged will call can be picked up with proper I.D. during normal box office operating hours. What if an event is canceled or postponed?

If a cancellation should occur, tickets may be refunded at the location where they were purchased. If an event is postponed, please contact the location where they were purchased for specific instructions. Top

Are cameras allowed at events?

No video cameras or audio recording devices of any kind are allowed in the arena. Certain still cameras are permitted provided they are non-professional, intended for personal use, and have a non-detachable lens under three (3) inches in length. Acceptable digital cameras are permitted for sporting and family events, but digital cameras are not permitted for any other types of events, including concerts. No flashes are permitted at any time. POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER EVENT. Top
